
BRAND MANAGER - NORDSTROM
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA/WEST COAST
General Overview:
The Brand Manager oversees the merchandising and sales on the Tory Burch sales floor within Nordstrom doors in the western region of the US. The Brand Manager will act as a brand ambassador and be the primary representative for all Tory Burch products.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service and selling on the floor.
Function as the primary contact for Tory Burch product knowledge.
Monitor shipments and stock levels to ensure that all product is being represented on the floor.
Organize and maintain stock room.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars for sales associates.
Function as the liaison to the corporate office wholesale sales team.
Success Measures:
Achieve seasonal sales plan.
Maintenance of standards on the selling floor at all times.
Maintenance and organization of stockrooms.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in a retail environment. Experience with footwear a plus.
College degree.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships.
